Getting Started

Learn how to get started with our application

Corporate Registration & Login

Corporate users (managers and team members) follow a different flow than regular users. Your admin or manager will send you an invitation email.

For Managers

  1. Receive an invitation email from your admin.
  2. Click the link (valid 24 hours).
  3. Complete registration: set your password.
  4. Confirm your email via the second link.
  5. Sign in: select "Corporate", choose your corporate, enter email and password.

For Corp Users (Team Members)

  1. Receive an invitation email from your manager.
  2. Click the link (valid 24 hours).
  3. Complete registration: set your password.
  4. Confirm your email via the second link.
  5. Sign in: select "Corporate", choose your corporate, enter email and password.

Regular Users

If you are not part of a corporation, sign up or sign in with "Regular" selected. Your issues will be assigned to you personally.

Need Help?

Contact your administrator if your invitation has expired or you have trouble signing in.
