Learn how to get started with our application
Corporate registration & login
Managers and corp-users (team members) are invited with email links. Sign in uses one form: email and password—the app detects whether you are a confirmed manager or a corp-user.
Sole proprietor (self-serve sign up)
- Choose Sign Up and enter email and password.
- Open the confirmation link in your email (manager account).
- You are signed in with full manager access to your workspace and Issues.
Invited managers
- Receive an invitation email from your admin.
- Complete registration (link valid 24 hours) and set your password.
- Confirm your email via the second link.
- Sign in with email and password.
Corp-users (team members)
- Receive an invitation email from your manager.
- Complete registration and confirm your email.
- Sign in with email and password—you land on Issues with corp-user visibility rules.
Managers and personal issues
Issues may include personal rows owned by a manager (issues.user_id). Any manager in the same corporate can view and edit those issues, not only the owner.
